1. The service and agreement
ComplyComp is provided by Accomplice AB, Swedish organisation number 559023-6708 ("we", "us"). The service is intended for businesses and organisations. "Customer" means the organisation using the service. Contact hello@complycomp.se with questions about these terms.
These terms apply when accepted by the customer. Anyone entering into an agreement for an organisation must be authorised to represent it. A separate written agreement or confirmed order takes precedence over these general terms if they conflict. A data processing agreement takes precedence on matters concerning the processing of personal data.
2. Accounts and permissions
The customer is responsible for accurate account details, protecting sign-in credentials and allowing only authorised people to access the workspace. The customer must assign appropriate permissions and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Notify us at hello@complycomp.se if you suspect unauthorised access or other misuse. The service must not be used for unlawful processing, intrusion, spreading malicious code or attempts to bypass security and access controls.
3. Licence, demo and rights
The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use ComplyComp for its internal work and to share reports through the intended service features, within the agreed scope and term. The software must not be resold or offered as a separate service without a written agreement.
We and our licensors retain the rights to the software and website content. The customer retains the rights to its source data and its own report content. We may process customer content to deliver and protect the service in accordance with the agreement and the customer's documented instructions.
The interactive demo is free and uses fictional sample data. Do not use real employee or payroll data in the demo.
4. Prices and payment
Current standard prices and licence scope are shown on the pricing page. Prices cover the software and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. External system licences and legal advice are excluded.
Paid use requires an order confirmed by both the customer and us. The order must specify the price, scope, term, invoicing, payment terms and any renewal and notice period. The standard licence is billed annually. Any monthly amount shown is a comparison price for the annual licence.
Visiting the website, using the demo or registering an account does not in itself order a paid licence. Price changes do not apply retroactively to an already agreed period.
5. Customer data and personal data
The customer is responsible for having the right to upload and process its source data, ensuring that it is relevant and accurate, and providing the information required to the people concerned. Do not upload more personal data than the work requires.
For employee and payroll data, the customer is normally the controller and Accomplice AB the processor. A separate data processing agreement must be in place before we process personal data on the customer's behalf. These terms do not replace that agreement.
Our privacy policy explains account data, providers, AI features and retention. Our cookie policy explains website storage and choices. Non-public customer information must be treated confidentially; access must be limited to what is needed for the service or required by law.
6. Analysis, AI and customer review
ComplyComp supports pay equity analysis and reporting. Results depend on source data, reporting periods, role mapping and customer settings. The customer is responsible for checking the inputs, assessing results and making decisions about pay and actions.
AI-generated answers and suggestions can be incorrect or incomplete and must be reviewed by an authorised person before use. Avoid unnecessary personal data in questions and instructions. The service does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance or acceptance by an authority.
7. Publishing and sharing
The customer decides whether to publish or share a report and is responsible for its content and for ensuring publication is permitted. Review aggregations, small groups and free text before publication so that individuals cannot be identified.
A public report may be read, copied and indexed by others. If the customer unpublishes a report, copies and search engine caches may remain outside our control.
8. Availability and integrations
We must provide the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, updates and outages may affect availability. Specific service levels or response times apply only where agreed in writing.
Integrations require the customer to hold the appropriate permissions and any necessary licences with the relevant provider. External systems and their terms may change and affect features or synchronisation. The customer must check imported and synchronised data before using it.
9. Ending the service and restricting access
Contact hello@complycomp.se to cancel a licence or request account closure. Paid licences are subject to the term and notice period specified in the order. Export or return and deletion of customer data must be handled under the agreement and data processing agreement. Contact us before closure to arrange this.
We may restrict access to the extent necessary in the event of a security risk, unlawful use or material breach of contract. The customer must be informed of the reason and, where possible, given an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security measures may need to be taken immediately.
10. Liability and disputes
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Any separately agreed liability limits must be set out in the customer agreement. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
Swedish law applies to the agreement. Disputes must first be addressed through dialogue and then by the Swedish ordinary courts, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
The current version and update date are available on this page. Material changes affecting existing customers must be notified in advance and applied in accordance with the customer's agreement. Publishing a new version does not in itself retroactively change an already confirmed order.
