Make the pay analysis easier to review and explain.

Keep figures, methodology and report text connected to the same inputs. Work on an internal draft, then choose what to share through a separate public summary.

Fictional sample data. No account or card needed.

Reports

The right information for each conversation.

Internal report draft

Prepare findings, methodology and action text while reviewing data gaps alongside the figures.

Mean and median

Explore different views of the pay distribution with context on the source data and period.

Separate public summary

Share selected aggregates without raw individual salaries. Small-group safeguards limit the displayed measures.

Review first. Publish when you are ready.

Save a draft and review its data gaps before publication. Changes to data or report text require a fresh review. You can disable a published summary when it needs to be withdrawn.

Annual reporting needs more than a salary snapshot.

The annual dataset needs actual earnings for the selected period, complementary pay, worked hours and confirmed reporting groups. A monthly SCB benchmark remains a separate reference rather than a replacement for your own annual inputs.

Communicate without sharing the underlying employee records.

The public view uses selected summary measures to support communication. It is optional and does not replace the employer's internal documentation or a legal assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Is a report published automatically?

It contains selected aggregates rather than raw employee lists or individual salaries. Measures that fail the group safeguards are masked.

Does publication certify compliance?

No. The summary supports communication and review. The employer remains responsible for complete inputs, assessments and documentation.
