Less spreadsheet admin. More time to understand pay.

Give HR and payroll teams one place to prepare data, investigate differences and build a report draft for review. Start with your existing payroll files and keep the work connected.

Fictional sample data. No account or card needed.

Product

Keep your data and analysis working together.

Collect payroll inputs

Import CSV or Excel files, review column mapping and fill gaps before drawing conclusions.

Compare with context

Map internal roles to SSYK/SCB references and investigate pay differences within your groups.

Build a reviewable draft

Bring report text and supporting data together, then decide when to publish an external summary.

Start with the systems you already use.

You do not need to replace your payroll system. Start with an export, or connect Fortnox for employee records and contracted pay. Add final paid earnings through file import for annual reporting.

CSV & Excel
Preview your file and map its columns before import.
Fortnox
Sync employees and contracted pay; import final payroll separately.
SCB
Use occupational references to support your review of internal roles.

A shared workspace for the people doing the review.

HR can explore comparisons while payroll colleagues check the source records. Role-based access controls who can read or change company data, so the review can stay in the same workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep using Excel?

Yes. Keep Excel as a data source while using ComplyComp to organise imports, comparisons and report drafts in a shared workflow.

Is Fortnox required?

No. CSV and Excel imports are independent starting points. Fortnox is an option for connecting employee records and contracted pay.

Does the software decide which work is equal or of equal value?

No. That assessment belongs to the employer. Role mapping and SCB references support the review; they do not replace an assessment of job requirements and content.
