> ComplyComp helps Swedish employers organise annual pay audits (lönekartläggning), analyse pay differences, document decisions and publish privacy-aware summaries.

Product pages are available in English, Swedish, Spanish and French; the Swedish pay-audit guide is only available in Swedish.

The product supports CSV/XLSX payroll imports, role mapping to SSYK/SCB reference groups, pay-gap analysis for human review, and reporting. Reference benchmarks do not by themselves establish equal work or work of equal value. The employer remains responsible for legal assessments, consultation, decisions and compliance.
